Rotaractors from Rotaract club of Nmims, Bangalore in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College participated in an event called Empower 360: Soft Skills Amplified . This initiative was designed to help amplify essential skills and insights from professionals, and boost our personal and professional growth. This session focused on key areas such as self-awareness, time management, communication skills, problem-solving, resilience, adaptability, and personal branding.
