To help individuals balance the stress of work and personal life, we organized a unique event led by speaker Sahithi Mannar, focusing on mental well-being. The session featured various stress-relief mini-games and techniques designed to provide relaxation and rejuvenation. The event saw participation of 94 attendees, reflecting its engaging and impactful nature. Collaboration certificates were awarded to the Rotaract Clubs of Jyoti Nivas College, Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College, Bangalore South End, and Indiranagar for their invaluable contributions to the success of this initiative.
