On 6th November 2024, we shared a reel on Instagram to promote awareness about self-defence, inspired by our event Everyday Defence: Know Your Power. The reel showcased key highlights from the program, emphasizing the importance of personal safety and empowering individuals with practical skills. The reel performed remarkably, with 3,296 views, including 1,822 initial plays and 1,474 replays, indicating how well it captured audience interest. It reached 1,458 accounts, with 28.9% being followers and an impressive 71.1% non-followers, expanding our reach beyond our existing community. The reel also received 153 likes, 3 comments, 12 shares, and 1 save, totaling 169 interactions, along with one profile visit. The total watch time was 4 hours, 36 minutes, and 21 seconds, with an average watch time of 9 seconds, reflecting its ability to hold viewers’ attention. This initiative not only helped spread awareness about self-defence but also showcased our commitment to creating meaningful impact through digital platforms. By sharing such content, we aim to reach and inspire a larger audience, reinforcing the importance of safety and empowerment in everyday life.
