Description

The Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College, through days of receiving donations, raised funds to support the Dog Shelter Organisation, a sanctuary dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating dogs in need. The club donated 26 kgs of rice and used a small portion of the donation to prepare and serve a meal for the 80 rescued dogs. During the visit, the volunteers spent time playing with the dogs to contribute to their social and emotional well-being. We also engaged with the shelter staff to understand their work and documented the experience to inspire others. It is through combined efforts that we continue to support and work towards animal welfare initiatives. "Pawsome Meals" was a heartfelt project that allowed the Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College to make a tangible difference in the lives of rescued dogs.
