The Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College successfully hosted the second episode of the highly anticipated Empower360 Series—PowerPoint Pro, in collaboration with 20 other Rotaract Clubs. This enriching session, conducted on Microsoft Teams, brought together students, young professionals, and enthusiasts eager to sharpen their presentation skills. The workshop was led by Kogara Surendra Reddy, an MS Office Certified Freelance Corporate Trainer with over a decade of experience in training corporate teams, educators, and students on Microsoft Office tools. Known for his engaging and practical teaching methods, Mr. Reddy has trained professionals from diverse industries and institutions, making him a perfect guide for this workshop. The workshop, lasting 90 minutes, was designed to be highly interactive and packed with actionable insights. Key topics covered included - Slide Design Principles: Choosing the right templates and color schemes for maximum impact and Balancing visual elements and text to maintain audience engagement; Advanced Features of PowerPoint: Using animations, transitions, and multimedia for dynamic storytelling and Mastering SmartArt, charts, and graphs to present data effectively; Storytelling with Slides: Structuring a narrative to keep the audience hooked and Using visuals and minimal text to deliver clear and compelling messages; Practical Delivery Tips: Overcoming presentation anxiety and Maintaining focus and confidence during virtual or in-person presentations.
