The Rotaract Club of KSSEM in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College organized an impactful workshop named Career Craft: LinkedIn & Resume Mastery. The session focused on helping students and young professionals develop polished resumes and LinkedIn profiles that stand out in today’s competitive job market. The workshop was led by Ms. Manali Kulkarni, a celebrated LinkedIn Data Science Top Voice, career coach, data scientist, and soft skills expert. With her vast expertise and engaging approach, Ms. Kulkarni guided participants through the nuances of creating resumes and LinkedIn profiles that not only attract recruiters but also align with industry standards. The Career Craft: LinkedIn & Resume Mastery Workshop covered critical aspects of career-building tools, emphasizing Resume Mastery, LinkedIn Optimization, and Soft Skills Enhancement. In the Resume Mastery segment, the speaker, Ms. Manali Kulkarni, explained how recruiters use ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to screen resumes and provided strategies to ensure resumes pass this crucial stage.
