This activity demonstrated the power of music as a tool for emotional introspection and stress relief. This question prompted a variety of responses, including: The ability to cope with stress, a state of emotional and psychological well-being and Feeling balanced and happy in life. The discussion highlighted that mental health is not just the absence of illness but a state of flourishing, where individuals can manage stress, build resilience, and lead fulfilling lives.
