BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Rotary Nedige Chinnara Kadege was a very unique and impactful event, held amidst the serene and inspiring surroundings of Lalbagh Botanical Garden. It was an event that encouraged creativity and awareness about nature, health, and the environment among the students from 5th to 10th grade. The students were divided into three groups: Group A: 5th & 6th Grade Group B: 7th & 8th Grade Group C: 9th & 10th Grade Drawing and painting competitions on the theme of Health or Environment engaged over 509 enthusiastic participants. EVENT DESCRIPTION: The event started under the Lalbagh canopy of nature and it gave an inspiring atmosphere towards creativity and community engagement. The function was inaugurated by the District Governors of the districts 3191 and 3192, alongside the RCC of District 3191, DRR of 3191, along with other eminent Rotarians. The event was collectively organized by Rotaract Club of BMSCE (Dist. 3191) and Rotaract Club of Bangalore Udyog (Dist. 3192), enjoyed support from the Parent Rotary-Rotary Bangalore Banashankari and sponsorships by the District Agriculture Committee. The participation of sister clubs—such as Rotaract Club of Bangalore Banashankari, Rotaract Club of Jain Evening College, Rotaract Club of BCWCC, and Rotaract Club of PES—was proof that there was unity in terms of teamwork. The beautiful location of Lalbagh Botanical Garden complemented the event's themes, inspiring the attendees to seek inspiration from nature itself. SPECIAL HIGHLIGHTS: It was hosted in the beautiful Lalbagh Botanical Garden, which helped people develop a close relationship with nature. The event was an interdistrict collaboration of Districts 3191 and 3192. District Governors, DRR, RCC members, and Rotarians were in attendance. Themes related to Health and Environment. Many sister clubs participated and extended support along with several sponsors. IMPACT ON ATTENDEE: The event provided a platform for students to express their creativity while raising awareness about health and environmental issues. The natural setting of Lalbagh Botanical Garden inspired participants and attendees alike, reinforcing the importance of sustainability. The collaborative efforts of Rotaract and Rotary clubs strengthened bonds and showcased the collective impact of service-oriented organizations.
