BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Bridging Lives - Coexistence Awareness Campaign is an initiative designed to foster harmony and understanding between humans and animals, focusing on safe interactions with dogs, the importance of vaccinations and sterilizations, rabies prevention, and the power of compassion. The event aimed to bring together animal enthusiasts, volunteers, and community members to promote responsible pet care and coexistence. EVENT DESCRIPTION: The event was organized by the Rotaract Club of BMSCE in collaboration with Charlie’s Animal Rescue Centre (CARE) and other organizations such as Mission Rabies. It featured engaging sessions covering: Safe and Friendly Dog Interactions: Educating attendees on the dos and don'ts of interacting with dogs. Vaccination and Sterilization Importance: Highlighting the health benefits for pets and communities. Rabies Prevention: Spreading awareness about this preventable disease and the role of vaccinations. Compassion and Responsibility: Inspiring attendees to adopt a compassionate approach toward animals. The event was enriched by expert talks delivered by Rachna, Indrapriya, and Chandra Shekar, who shared their knowledge and experiences in animal welfare. Their insights, coupled with practical demonstrations, provided participants with a well-rounded understanding of responsible pet care.
