On November 4, 2024, the Rotaract Club of Jain Evening College successfully launched its debut podcast episode, "Maatu Kathe" (ಮಾತು ಕತೆ). This exciting initiative aims to foster inspiring conversations, insightful discussions, and fun, aligning with the Rotaract values of Service Above Self. The inaugural episode featured our esteemed guest, PHF Rtn Rtr Abhay Lohia, our District Rotaract Representative (DRR). The podcast covered a range of topics,' The episode was shot with our esteemed guest who was very supportive during the entire time the episode was shot. We also got encouragement for future episodes. The primary objectives of the "Maatu Kathe" podcast are to: 1. Provide a platform for inspiring conversations and knowledge sharing. 2. Foster connections and networking opportunities among Rotaractors and guests. 3. Promote the values of Service Above Self and Rotaract's mission. The successful launch of the podcast has achieved these objectives, and we look forward to continuing this initiative. The RaC JEC team plans to release regular episodes of the "Maatu Kathe" podcast, featuring a diverse range of guests and topics. We aim to expand our audience and create a lasting impact through this initiative.
