On November 29th, 2024, the Rotaract Club of Atria I.T. participated in an insightful online session hosted by the Rotaract Club of KSSEM, titled "Career Craft: LinkedIn and Resume Mastery." The session, conducted via Google Meet, focused on helping participants build a strong LinkedIn profile, craft an impactful resume, and enhance networking skills in today’s competitive job market. The expert speaker for the session, Ms. Manali Kulkarni, a top LinkedIn data science voice with over 18,000 followers, shared her knowledge as a career coach, soft skills expert, and statistician. She provided valuable tips on creating a compelling LinkedIn profile, handling professional connections, and leveraging the platform for career advancement. In addition, Ms. Kulkarni gave essential advice on resume building, helping participants understand how to make their resumes stand out to recruiters.
