On the 10th of November 2024, the Rotaract Club of Atria I.T. had the privilege of attending the 1st Miracle ISD meeting, organized at the iconic Cubbon Park. This meeting brought together various Rotaract clubs under RID 3191 to engage in discussions, team-building activities, and brainstorming for upcoming projects. The meeting began with an opportunity for participants to share their experiences from RIDE Jash-ne, a recent International Service event. Members of our club enthusiastically spoke about the impactful moments from RIDE Jash-ne, highlighting the importance of cultural exchange and collaborative initiatives that the event fostered. This interactive sharing session helped create a sense of unity and motivation among attendees. Following this, the ISD team introduced a new project titled "Exploring 3191", encouraging clubs to brainstorm innovative ways to showcase and collaborate within Rotary District 3191. The project aims to strengthen bonds between clubs through creative and engaging initiatives. Members from our club actively participated in discussions, sharing potential ideas to make this project impactful. To promote camaraderie among participants, a club service activity in the form of Bingo was conducted with a fun twist — all clues and prompts were related to the ISD team members. This activity allowed participants to engage and learn more about each other, fostering friendships and team spirit. In the final segment of the meeting, the team tasked all clubs with developing an itinerary for the participants of the upcoming RIDE 3191 event. Our club members collaborated and presented suggestions to ensure the visiting Rotaractors have a memorable and well-organized experience during RIDE. As the discussions concluded, all clubs agreed upon February 2025 as the tentative month for the RIDE event, generating excitement and anticipation for the days ahead. The meeting concluded on a positive and collaborative note, leaving attendees with clear objectives, refreshed enthusiasm, and strengthened connections among clubs. The ISD team’s efforts in organizing this meeting at Cubbon Park were well-appreciated, and the Rotaract Club of Atria I.T. looks forward to contributing actively to the upcoming initiatives.
