RI District 3191 successfully organized Alchemia, a training session for Presidents, Secretaries, and Club Treasurers, held between December 11 and 20, 2024. This initiative aimed to equip Rotaract club leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective leadership and club management. The training featured insightful sessions led by distinguished district officials, including PP Rtr. Akshay Kumar Kanive, DJS Rtr. Gouthami, and others. Key topics covered during the program included navigating Rotary Club Central, goal setting, and achieving the RI Citation. These sessions provided valuable guidance, empowering club leaders to align their efforts with Rotary International's vision and objectives. The interactive format of the training fostered learning and collaboration, enabling participants to share experiences and best practices.
