Megatrek Version 8.0, held on December 22nd, was a thrilling one-day trek to Kunagalu Hills in Ramanagara district, organized in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Banashankari. The event served a dual purpose—bringing together nature enthusiasts and raising funds for neonatal heart surgeries at Jay Deva Hospital. The day kicked off bright and early with a 6:30 a.m. departure, followed by a hearty breakfast that energized participants for the adventure ahead. Trekking through the picturesque Kunagalu Hills, the group enjoyed breathtaking views and the serenity of nature. After the trek, a delicious lunch was served, and a felicitation ceremony celebrated the Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College (RaCJNC) for securing the highest number of registrations, with an impressive 215 members joining the cause. The event fostered camaraderie as clubs united to support a noble mission, creating opportunities for participants to form lasting friendships and meaningful connections. The day concluded with participants returning home safely, carrying cherished memories of an adventure filled with fun, purpose, and community spirit.
