The "Cultural Exchange" project was conducted by the Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of TIT & Science, Bhopal (RID 3040). Held on December 18, 2024, at 8 PM via Google Meet, this initiative aimed to foster connections between members by sharing insights into their respective cities: Bangalore and Bhopal. This project aimed to: - To enhance cultural awareness and understanding between the two clubs. - To provide a platform for members to share unique aspects of their cities, including heritage, cuisine, and local attractions. - To facilitate networking and strengthen relationships between Rotaract members. The project started with the members introducing themselves, their roles within the clubs, setting a friendly and engaging tone for the session. The Rotaract Club of Bhopal commenced the presentations, showcasing a detailed PowerPoint on local attractions and culinary delights. Following this, the Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College presented a concise, engaging overview of Bangalore, highlighting its vibrant culture and landmarks. An additional opportunity for members to introduce themselves, allowed for deeper personal connections and discussions about their studies and professions. Both clubs engaged in a conversation about the process and significance of letterhead exchange, sharing insights into their respective practices. This project srengthened the bonds between Rotaract clubs from different regions, increased knowledge and appreciation of each city’s culture and traditions, and etablished a foundation for future collaborations and cultural exchanges. This project not only celebrated the diversity of Bangalore and Bhopal but also enriched the members' Rotaract experience through shared learning and friendship.
