Heath for All, Time for Action, an online session on the importance of health in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Acropolis Professionals. The session was engaging and interactive, offering different perspectives on fitness and wellness. It covered how to define these terms, what constitutes a healthy weight and lifestyle, and emphasized the importance of a healthy diet. The discussion highlighted how making positive dietary changes can improve all aspects of an individual's life, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being. All the participants had taken an oath to lead a healthy lifestyle from the next year and follow it up every year. Thus, emphasizing the importance of healthy habits leading to a better lifestyle.
