The Rotaract Club of Banashankari successfully hosted Project Femcare, a collaborative initiative in association with Jyothi Nivas College, Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College, and Mount Carmel College. This three-day event aimed at raising awareness and providing free health check-ups for women, focusing on conditions like PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease) and PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). The project offered expert consultations, free screenings, and educational sessions to empower women with the knowledge and support necessary for better health management. 10th December: Held at Mount Carmel College in collaboration with their Rotaract Club. 11th December: Conducted at Jyothi Nivas College with the participation of the Rotaract Club of Jyothi Nivas College. 12th December: Hosted at Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College with their Rotaract Club. The initiative was well-received, successfully addressing crucial health issues, spreading awareness, and encouraging women to prioritize their well-being. Project Femcare stands as a remarkable example of teamwork and commitment to community welfare by the Rotaract Club of Banashankari and its partners.
