Event Highlights Being Santa 8.0 was a heartwarming initiative by the Rotaract Club of Koramangala to spread joy and happiness during the holiday season. This year, we visited Samartha Trust Orphanage and spent a memorable day with the children, making their Christmas truly special. Activities and Contributions Donations: We raised a total funds of ₹21,754 for this event and contributed to the kids through in-kind contributions as follows: 1. Blankets (sponsored by our ZRRs) 2. Bedsheets 3. Bathing towels 4. Undergarments 5. Slippers 6. Lunch for the kids Engagement with the Children: • Shared a meal lovingly prepared at the orphanage with the kids. • Distributed gifts, chocolates, and stationery to all the children. • Organized fun games with special prizes for the winners. Special Appearances: Santa Claus made a delightful arrival, adding magic to the event by distributing gifts and spreading cheer among the kids. Participation: The event was graced by 36 members of our club, who actively participated and made the day unforgettable, not just for the kids but for themselves as well.
