This program targeted students from classes 4th to 10th, ensuring an age-appropriate yet comprehensive approach to such a sensitive and crucial topic. The session was designed to educate and empower young girls to understand boundaries, recognize inappropriate behavior, and respond confidently in uncomfortable situations. Using interactive discussions, real-life examples, and visual aids, the facilitators broke down the complexities of the topic, making it easy for the students to grasp. Emphasis was placed on recognizing the difference between good touch, which conveys care and affection, and bad touch, which violates personal boundaries. The program also included guidance on how to seek help, communicate concerns, and build trust with adults they feel safe with.
