RaC JNC organized the "We listen and we don't judge" initiative as a part of our Youth Day celebrations, aimed at creating a supportive environment for young individuals to voice their concerns and seek guidance on personal challenges. This project was designed to provide a safe space for youth to engage in open dialogue about their struggles, particularly in relationships. By facilitating an interactive Q&A session with an expert, we aimed to empower participants to express themselves without fear of judgment. The participants were invited to share their queries and stories anonymously on our Instagram page (@rotaract_jnc_3191) prior to the event. On January 12, 2025, at 5:30 PM, we convened an online Google Meet session featuring Dr. Yashika Basandrai, a seasoned Homeopathic Physician and Life Coach specializing in Relationship Wellness, who answered the asked questions. Dr. Yashika Basandrai brings over five years of experience in homeopathy and has dedicated more than two years to life coaching, focusing on enhancing relationship wellness. Her participation in healing retreats and recognition in the Urvandita e-magazine highlight her commitment to transformative healing. The objectives of this project included: - Address Youth Challenges: Discuss the unique challenges and opportunities faced by today's youth. - Provide Guidance: Offer insights and clarity on personal issues, fostering confidence among participants. - Promote Open Communication: Celebrate self-expression and the importance of open dialogue in personal development. The session was highly engaging, allowing participants to explore their concerns freely. It concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, reinforcing the importance of community support in navigating life's challenges.
