The Rotaract Club of Acropolis Professionals (RID 3040), in collaboration with Rotaract Club Jai Hind College (RID 3141) and Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College, organized an insightful session titled "The Art of Handling Failure" on January 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM via Google Meet. This initiative aimed to help young professionals and students develop resilience, embrace setbacks, and unlock the secret to success through failure. This event was part of a larger personal development initiative by the participating Rotaract Clubs to equip individuals with practical strategies for overcoming failure. The session sought to create a safe space for discussing challenges, breaking the stigma around failure, and fostering a growth mindset. By bringing in an expert, the project emphasized the importance of self-reflection, adaptability, and perseverance in professional and personal life. The session was led by Mr. Prathmesh Tikhe, a Soft Skills and Personal Development Expert, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and formerly an HR Manager at Reliance Jio. With extensive experience in human resource management and skill development, Mr. Tikhe shared valuable insights on: -Understanding Failure: How setbacks contribute to long-term success -Overcoming Self-Doubt: Strategies to build confidence after failure -Resilience & Growth Mindset: How to bounce back stronger -Real-Life Case Studies: Learning from the experiences of successful individuals.
