No High – An Awareness Drive for Responsible Driving 🚦✨ On 26th January 2025, the Rotaract Club of Bengaluru United took to the streets with No High, an awareness campaign focused on promoting responsible driving by discouraging unnecessary high beam usage. With permission from the Jayanagar Traffic Police Station, our dedicated team—Archana, Vengat, Lakshmi, and Charan—set up at the busy 4-roads junction near the station to spread the message. Armed with an eye-catching poster and an enthusiastic spirit, we engaged with drivers and pedestrians, explaining the dangers of excessive high beam usage at night. High beams can cause discomfort and even accidents, and through friendly conversations, we encouraged responsible driving habits. To make the campaign more engaging, we handed out chocolates 🍫 to those who pledged to use their headlights wisely, turning awareness into a fun and positive experience. Following the drive, we visited the Jayanagar Traffic Police Station, where we met Mr. Dananjaya, Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police 👮. We proudly shared our efforts and pinned our awareness poster on their notice board, ensuring that our message reached even more people. The overwhelming response from the public and police reinforced our belief that small actions can create a big impact. A huge shoutout to our dedicated team for making this initiative a success! Let’s continue spreading awareness and making roads safer for all. 🚗💡✨
