On 26th January, members of the Rotaract Club of Bengaluru United participated in the transformative Puthri Mentor Training Program, an initiative by A Capital Trust dedicated to empowering India’s daughters. The program focuses on creating career intentionality among girls from Grades 8 to 12, transforming them into career-ready young women and fostering gender parity in workplaces. The training session, led by Ms. Gowri Balasubramanyam, Global Head of Learning & Development and AVP at SLK Group, provided an enriching experience for our club members. They were introduced to innovative mentoring techniques, interactive learning strategies, and tools to build confidence and resilience in mentees. This hands-on training prepared them to engage effectively with young minds during the Puthri sessions, ensuring meaningful mentoring and impactful results. Through this initiative, our members embraced their role as catalysts for change, contributing to shaping the future of countless young women. The program not only honed their mentoring skills but also reinforced their commitment to social impact and community development. We are proud of our members for taking part in this noble cause, furthering our mission to inspire and uplift lives. Together, we are making strides toward a brighter and more inclusive future!
