Communication is one of the most essential and amazing ways to establish yourself in any community. On January 20, 2025 the Rotaract Club of Mount Carmel College (RaCMCC) successfully hosted Charche with Chikmath, a DRRE Connect session with PP Rtr. Karthik Chikmath at 4.00 pm in Empire Restaurant Millers Road. This session brought together core team members and the board of directors for an insightful discussion. The discussion centered around DRRE Karthik Chikmath’s vision and strategic plans for the Rotaract year 2025-26, ensuring that club activities align with the district’s larger goals. Additionally, the RaCMCC team shared their roadmap for the upcoming Rotaract year. It was very easy to express our opinions and each point of view was taken in respectfully. The main conversation in the connect gave the district a new perspective about the transition of University Rotaracters to Community Rotaracters. The session allowed for valuable exchanges of ideas, strengthening the club’s direction and reinforcing its commitment to service and leadership. Charché with Chikmath served as a productive step in enhancing coordination between RaCMCC and the district, setting the foundation for a purposeful and action-driven Rotaract year ahead. The title itself gave a new hope to all Rotaractors, being named 'Charche with Chikmath', showing new connections and initiative from the DRRE to connect with all Rotaractors of 3191 on a personal level. RACMCC hopes to have a great year with PP Rtr Chikmath, we are very thankful for this interactive discussion and it was a pleasure for us to interact with our DRRE.
