The Rotaract Club of RVCE successfully conducted IGNITE, an exclusive career guidance and training session on 1st February for RVCE students. The event provided valuable insights into career planning, industry expectations, and skill development. With an enthusiastic participation of 60 students, the session featured mentors who were esteemed alumni of IIT Patna, currently excelling in top multinational companies like Razorpay, Adobe, and more. They shared their professional experiences, guided students on career trajectories, and provided practical advice on securing opportunities in leading firms.Through interactive discussions and Q&A sessions, students gained clarity on resume building, interview preparation, and industry trends. The event was a resounding success, equipping participants with the knowledge and confidence to navigate their career paths effectively.
