On February 8, 2025, the Rotaract Club of RVCE conducted the second phase of its heartfelt initiative, "Hello! Grandparents," by visiting an old age home to spend quality time with the elderly residents. Seven dedicated volunteers from RVCE participated in this event, bringing warmth, joy, and companionship to around 60 grandparents. The visit was filled with meaningful conversations as the elderly shared their life experiences and cherished stories, creating a bond across generations. To make the day even more special, a creative activity was organized where the grandparents joyfully participated in thumbprinting on a canvas with vibrant colors, symbolizing their unique presence and togetherness. The celebration concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony, spreading happiness and making beautiful memories for everyone involved. This initiative aimed to bring comfort and a sense of belonging to the elderly while reinforcing the importance of love, respect, and connection between generations. It was a truly heartwarming and unforgettable experience.
