On February 13th, in the spirit of Galentine’s Day, the Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous organized Love Unscripted, a heartfelt initiative dedicated to celebrating self-love, appreciation, and sisterhood through the power of words. The event aimed to create a safe and uplifting space where students could express encouragement, gratitude, and positivity, reminding themselves and others of their worth. As participants entered, they were given a piece of paper and a pen, encouraged to take a moment and write a note—whether a message to themselves, an appreciation for a friend, or an anonymous affirmation meant to brighten someone’s day. Slowly, the board transformed into a wall of love, filled with heartfelt reminders like “You are enough,” “Keep shining, you’re doing great,” and “Love yourself the way you love others.” Every note pinned was a testament to the strength and kindness shared among students. Beyond being a moment of reflection and encouragement, Love Unscripted also introduced non-Rotaractors to the club’s mission and impact. Many who engaged with the activity expressed curiosity about the club, leading to meaningful conversations and interest in future initiatives. By the end of the day, the board overflowed with positivity, proving that even the smallest words of kindness can make a profound impact. Love Unscripted was more than just an event—it was an experience, a shared reminder that love, in all its forms, is best when freely given and received.
