On 2nd February 2025, the Rotaract Club of Bengaluru United came together to celebrate the joy of Pongal with a special Pongal Potluck at Lakshya Udaan Boys Home, near Lalbagh. Though the festival had passed, we embraced the spirit of harvest, gratitude, and community in true Rotaract style—with food, fun, and festive vibes! Dressed in vibrant ethnic attire, members enjoyed a delightful morning filled with delicious homemade Pongal, music, and laughter. A huge shoutout to our Pongal cooking team—Venkat and Keerthana—whose efforts made the Pongal extra tasty! 💐 In addition to the celebrations, we also provided the boys at the home with chart paper and two sets of A4 sheets, ensuring they had essential stationery for their creative and academic needs. This small gesture was our way of supporting and encouraging their learning journey. The event was not just about food but also about spreading joy and togetherness. The warm smiles, shared stories, and cheerful atmosphere made it a truly memorable celebration. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined in to make Pongalo Pongal a success!
