At Rotaract Club of JNC, we believe that learning how to handle conflicts in a positive way is an essential life skill. That’s why we launched Hand in Hand—an initiative designed to help children develop empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities through storytelling, role-playing, and group discussions. Through this program, kids explored real-life situations where friends faced disagreements and learned how to resolve them in a constructive way. The results have been inspiring—teachers and parents noticed that participating children became more willing to listen, apologize when needed, and work together to find solutions. Many kids even shared that they felt happier and more confident in their friendships. The skills they’ve gained will not only strengthen their relationships now but also prepare them for meaningful social interactions throughout their lives. At Rotaract Club of JNC, we are proud to be a part of shaping a generation that values understanding and cooperation. Hand in Hand is a testament to the fact that early lessons in conflict resolution can help create a more harmonious and compassionate society.
