On March 8th, 2025, our club proudly participated in the Rota Cricket Championship 2025 hosted at Sporthood Aratt Big Game, Begur, as part of a special initiative celebrating International Women’s Day. This wasn’t just a tournament—it was a movement to empower women through education and leadership. The event aimed to raise awareness and support for women’s education, encouraging more opportunities, visibility, and equal representation for women in all spheres of life. With each team required to have a female captain and at least two women players, the championship became a platform to promote gender inclusivity while cheering for a greater cause. Led by our unstoppable captain Rtr. Disha Jain, Team United gave it their all on the field! 🔥 The team showed incredible spirit, unity, and sportsmanship in every match. Though we narrowly missed the win by just a small margin 🥹, the day was full of energy, fun, and powerful memories. From nail-biting overs to roaring cheers, it was an experience we’ll never forget. A huge thank you to our team and everyone who showed up to support. Your enthusiasm and effort made this day truly impactful.
