ಶೋಧಿಸು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ 3.0 – Discover Karnataka Through Flavors To explore and celebrate Karnataka’s rich culinary heritage, the Rotaract Club of Marathahalli launched 'ಶೋಧಿಸು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ 3.0', a cultural documentation initiative aimed at mapping the iconic foods from all Rotary Districts across Karnataka. 🍽️ The club studied and showcased famous local dishes unique to each Rotary District: RI District 3181 – Mysore, Kodagu, Dakshina Kannada, and Chamarajanagar Known for Mysore Masala Dosa, Coorg’s Pandi Curry, Mangalorean Fish Curry, and Ragi Mudde. RI District 3182 – Mangalore, Karkala, and Udupi Celebrated for Chicken Ghee Roast, Kori Rotti, and Udupi’s temple-style Masala Dosa and Goli Baje. RI District 3170 (Karnataka regions) – Belgaum, Karwar, Gadag, and Bagalkot Famous for Belgaum Kunda, Karwar’s Fish Curry, and North Karnataka’s Jolad Roti meals. RI Districts 3191 & 3192 – Bengaluru and surroundings Home to classics like Masala Dosa, Bisi Bele Bath, Rava Idli, and Chow Chow Bath. Through this flavorful journey, the club connected culture, cuisine, and community—celebrating the diversity that makes Karnataka truly unique. 🌿🍛
