BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Skill A Week 4.0 aimed to empower students from class 1 to 10 by engaging them in hands-on learning and motivational sessions. The event focused on craft-making for younger students, career guidance for older students, and providing essential stationery kits to support students appearing for their final exams. EVENT DESCRIPTION: Skill A Week 4.0 was conducted at Government High School, Sunkenahalli by Rotaract Club of Banashankari with Rotaract Club of BMSCE participating in the event. The event engaged students from grades 1 to 10 in skill-building activities tailored to their age groups. Lower-grade students participated in a craft-making session where members of both clubs guided them in creating beautiful handmade items, encouraging creativity and hands-on learning. For the higher grades, an interactive talk session was held, emphasizing the importance of education and schooling. Students were introduced to various career opportunities, helping them gain clarity on their future paths. Additionally, special activities were conducted to improve students' communication skills. They were encouraged to speak in front of their peers without hesitation, helping them build confidence. Emphasis was also placed on teamwork, teaching them the importance of supporting their friends and excelling together in their academic journey. As a thoughtful gesture, pencil kits were donated to students preparing for their final exams, ensuring they had the necessary stationery to perform well in their assessments.
