On 11th May 2025, RI District 3191 successfully hosted the District Officials Learning Session (DOLS) at RV College of Engineering for the incoming Executive Council and District Committee members of the Rotary year 2025-26. With over 150 enthusiastic participants, the event served as a launchpad for leadership development and team alignment. Learning facilitators from RI Districts 3191 and 3192 conducted focused training sessions covering key avenues of service, communication, and planning. Their insightful sessions empowered the upcoming leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles. The day concluded on a high note with interactive bonding and fun sessions that fostered a sense of unity and excitement among the participants. DOLS 2025 was not just a training platform—it was a celebration of leadership, learning, and camaraderie, setting the tone for a dynamic and impactful Rotary year ahead.
