The Rotaract Club of Jyoti Nivas College organized a heartwarming virtual farewell event titled Heartfelt Highlights to celebrate the collaborative spirit and memories shared throughout the year with partner clubs. The event was hosted on Google Meet and saw enthusiastic participation from four clubs with whom we had the privilege of working on various projects this year. The farewell served as a perfect conclusion to an impactful year, fostering gratitude and connection among members from different teams. The agenda for the event was carefully designed to encourage meaningful interaction and reflection. It began with a round of introductions where members from each club briefly shared about their roles and experiences. This was followed by a heartfelt sharing session where participants recalled their memorable moments and personal takeaways from the projects conducted in collaboration. These conversations revealed the strong camaraderie and teamwork that had developed over the months. To add a fun and engaging touch to the evening, a series of interactive games were organized. These games were tailored to keep everyone involved and to create lighthearted moments that further strengthened the bond among members. The session lasted for nearly two hours, during which participants remained active, enthusiastic, and deeply engaged. The event was a grand success, receiving positive feedback from all attendees.
