Yoga 3.0, our club's wellness initiative, began on 1st June with great enthusiasm. 🌞 Members joined online at 5 AM daily for a one-hour session of yoga and pranayama. 💻🧘♀️ The session was led by Rtr. Kushal and followed sincerely by all participants. 🙏 It helped everyone feel refreshed, focused, and energetic throughout the day. 💪✨ The routine promoted both physical and mental well-being among members. 🧠🌿 It also encouraged discipline and togetherness in a peaceful environment. 🤝 Yoga 3.0 truly became a rejuvenating start to our mornings! 🌼
