NourishHer: 🥗 Nutrition Kits Distribution & WASH Session 🛍️ On 12th June 2025, the Rotaract Club of Marathahalli organized a meaningful service project in Koramangala. 📍 We distributed 20 Nutrition Kits to support mothers in building a healthier lifestyle. 🍽️💪 Each kit included: ✅ Peanuts – rich in protein ✅ Mixed dry fruits & nuts – full of essential nutrients ✅ Jaggery – to improve iron levels ✅ Ragi – a strong source of calcium Along with this, we conducted a WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) session to help mothers understand the importance of cleanliness and hygiene in daily life. 🧼👩‍👧‍👦 A small yet impactful step to nourish and empower mothers, promoting health and awareness in the community. 💚🌍
