On 14th June 2025, the Rotaract Club of RVCE conducted Vision, an impactful career guidance flagship initiative aimed at empowering young minds with clarity and direction for their futures. As part of this event, the team visited 5 different schools and NGOs across Bengaluru, engaging with over 500 students from diverse backgrounds. The initiative was driven by a passionate team of 15 volunteers and supported by 50 enthusiastic participants, all committed to creating a meaningful difference. During the sessions, students were introduced to various career paths across fields such as science, commerce, humanities, arts, and vocational trades. Through interactive discussions, real-life examples, and relatable insights, the volunteers helped students understand their strengths, interests, and available opportunities. The event aimed to not only inform but also inspire the students to dream big and make informed choices about their futures. Seeing students respond with curiosity, excitement, and thoughtful questions was incredibly rewarding for everyone involved. Many students expressed their gratitude, having received career clarity for the first time. Vision was a heartfelt and successful step toward bridging the awareness gap in education and career planning, and it reaffirmed the club’s commitment to building brighter, more informed futures.
