Atron ki Khiladi Season-2 Phase-3

Atria Institute of Technology

Description

On the 14th of June 2025, the Rotaract Club of Atria Institute of Technology hosted Athon ke Khiladi, a high-energy club service event designed to engage members through a series of fun, interactive games. Held with the intent of fostering stronger bonds among Rotaractors, the event created a light and cheerful atmosphere that encouraged open interaction, spontaneous participation, and a whole lot of laughter. The day kicked off with a unique take on hopscotch that involved two opposing teams positioned on either end of a hopscotch path. One player from each team started at the same time, advancing toward each other. When they met in the middle, they faced off with a quick game of rock-paper-scissors. The winner continued forward, while the loser exited the game and was replaced by the next teammate. This fast-paced relay-style format kept everyone engaged and created an atmosphere of healthy competition and energetic team spirit. The second activity kept the energy going with a quick-thinking group formation game. The emcee would announce a random number, and participants had to quickly form groups of that exact size. Anyone left out was given a fun task by the club service team, such as dancing, talking on a random topic for a minute, or responding to quirky prompts. This simple yet dynamic game tested participants’ alertness and adaptability while also providing opportunities for spontaneous fun and light-hearted performances. The final game was a hilarious and unpredictable version of Chinese Whisper, played out through actions instead of words — much like dumb charades. The first person in the line was shown a phrase or action, which they had to silently act out for the next person. This continued down the line until the last person attempted to guess the original phrase based solely on what they had seen. The results were often wildly inaccurate, leading to bursts of laughter and a few surprisingly accurate interpretations. The game subtly emphasized the importance of non-verbal communication, observation, and creative expression. Athon ke Khiladi may have looked like just a day of games on the surface, but its impact ran deeper. Each activity was designed not only to entertain but also to encourage key soft skills such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, and confidence. Members interacted across different teams and cliques, broke out of their comfort zones, and collaborated in ways they don’t usually get to in formal settings. The event helped in strengthening the bonds within the club and allowed new members to blend in more seamlessly with the larger group. Overall, Athon ke Khiladi was a refreshing success — a perfect blend of play and purpose. It reminded everyone that some of the most impactful connections and learnings happen not in structured meetings, but in moments filled with movement, laughter, and shared joy.
