The Rotaract Club of Bangalore JP Nagar participated in L.O.P.S. (Learning & Outing for President Elects & Secretary Designates), a first-of-its-kind residential training session organized by Rotaract District 3191. Designed as a leadership development retreat, the event was held at Zentora, Mysore, and welcomed President Elects, Secretary Designates, Vice Presidents, and Joint Secretaries of RY 2025–26 from across the district. The two-day program was curated to prepare the incoming club leadership for their responsibilities through interactive sessions, peer discussions, and team-building activities. Sessions covered essential topics such as planning effective club calendars, leadership communication, budgeting, and collaboration with district teams. The learning was complemented by engaging outdoor activities, fostering stronger inter-club bonding and networking among the future leaders of the district. Representatives from our club actively took part in all the sessions, gaining valuable insights, strategies, and clarity for the upcoming Rotaract year. The residential format offered a focused and immersive learning experience, while also strengthening the collective vision for RY 2025–26. Overall, L.O.P.S. proved to be an enriching leadership bootcamp, combining learning with fellowship in a refreshing and collaborative environment.
