LOPS was conducted by Rotaract District 3191 on 31st May and 1st June 2025 in Mysore. This session was specially curated for the incoming Presidents, Secretaries, Vice Presidents, and Joint Secretaries of all clubs under the district. The two-day program focused on leadership training, responsibility briefing, and cross-club collaboration. Through interactive sessions, team activities, and presentations, the event aimed to empower the future club leaders with the right mindset, knowledge, and skills to lead their clubs effectively in the upcoming Rotaract year.
