Ready, Set, Cook!

Our fun-filled PD project Ready, Set, Cook! continued from last year as we started off this year by learning how to make super easy and tasty mug cakes by our IPP Rtr. Sakshi Goel. Our club members gathered to learn how to make simple and easy chocolate mug cakes that can be made in several flavours and as per one’s liking. We took our own mugs and made our own mug cakes after a demonstration by our IPP Rtr. Sakshi Goel. Following her instructions, we each made our cakes in turns, microwaved it till it was done and looked delicious, then sat and enjoyed the cakes together. The cakes could be cooked as per our own liking, depending whether we liked it spongy, cakey, fudgy or gooey 😋 After spending around 1.5 hours in the kitchen, we had fun and became competitive while playing games and spending time together. Overall, it was a fun-filled day complete with mouth-watering cake!

A distribution event where the Rotaractors in sponsor with District 3191 came together to distribute biscuits to the late-night workers If an event brought a smile at the end of day, it definitely should be Biscuit Distribution to the late-night workers such as Metro Workers, Delivery Boys, Tea sellers, etc. In sponsor with District 3191, we had received the upto 200 Units of UNIBIC biscuits to distribute to people. We the club members came up with the idea to distribute the Biscuits to late night workers in areas of Bellandur and HSR Layout. Marking the first adrenaline filled event of the year, Rotaract Club of Palmville organized a trek to conquer the Makalidurga peak. We were joined by guests, prospective members of club, which made the trek more exciting. We started with an early morning, beautiful drive and ride to the base camp. It was peaceful to connect with nature and also gave an opportunity for us to connect with each other better. We were famished by the time we descended and ended the day with a scrumptious brunch
