Navratri, a festival deeply rooted in Indian culture, is a time to celebrate the divine feminine energy and the triumph of good over evil. This year, the Rotaract Club of Marathahalli organized a vibrant event, "Shades of Navratri", from 3rd to 11th November. Each day, we embraced a unique color that represents the qualities of Goddess Durga, paying tribute to her divine forms. Our club members participated enthusiastically, wearing the designated colors, and spreading awareness through creative posters across social media and our group chats. 💬✨
### Day 1: Yellow - The Colour of Happiness & Vitality (3rd Nov) 🌞
The festivities kicked off with Goddess Shailputri, symbolizing happiness and vitality. Yellow was the color of the day, representing joy, positivity, and energy. 💛 Our members dressed in yellow, radiating optimism and cheer. The yellow-themed poster flooded our feeds, sharing the importance of happiness and vitality on this auspicious day. 🌻
### Day 2: Green - The Colour of Growth & Harmony (4th Nov) 🌱
On the second day, we honored Goddess Brahmacharini, the embodiment of prosperity and harmony. 🌿 Green, symbolizing growth, balance, and peace, was worn by our members to align with these divine qualities.
