Fist Full

Project Summary : The "FIST FULL" project encourages participants to contribute to those in need by providing daily rations, which are later collected and donated to those in need. Project Description : Two bags of capacity 5 kg (for rice)and 2 kg (for toor dal) are provided. Every day, the participants put aside a fistful of rice and toor dal each into the respective bags when preparing a meal. The bags are to be brought back to the college when informed. These filled bags will then be collected and will be donated to the ones in need. This event is in collaboration with Rotary Club of Bangalore Spandana, District 3191.

Project Summary : Project Pustak, a noble initiative aimed to provide essential school supplies to underprivileged students in rural areas. Project Description : For project pustak, funds were collected which was used in manufacturing the notebooks and buying stationaries for the students of government schools. Along with college officials and NSS volunteers we visited the government schools and gifted the stationary to them.

Naivedyam

Naivedyam 2.0 was a remarkable event that exemplified the remarkable potential of compassion and collaboration in addressing the issue of hunger. Organized by the Rotaract Club of RVCE in Bangalore, India, and supported by several collaborating Rotaract Clubs, the event aimed to make a significant impact in the fight against hunger. Inspired by the belief that wealth should be used to feed the hungry and help people help themselves, Naivedyam 2.0 gathered passionate individuals with a shared vision to ensure that no one goes to bed hungry. The event emphasized the unity of humanity, transcending differences, and underscored the principle that we all have a role to play in creating a world where access to a warm meal is considered a basic human right. What truly set Naivedyam 2.0 apart was the scale of its impact. With the collective efforts of the Rotaract Club of RVCE and ten collaborating clubs, over 700 people in cities such as Bangalore, Belgaum, and Chennai were provided with nourishing meals. The event's success not only filled empty stomachs but also served as a powerful testament to the positive transformation that can be achieved when communities come together to address critical social issues. Naivedyam 2.0 served as an inspiring example of how collaboration, compassion, and a shared commitment to making the world a better place can bring meaningful change to the lives of those less fortunate. Rotaract Club of RVCE , along with 10 collaborating clubs, had successfully fed 700+ people in Bangalore , Belgaum , and Chennai through Naivedyam 2.0, this includes 550+ in Bangalore, around 50 in Belgaum and 120 in Chennai. In NAIVEDYAM 2.0 ,RaC RVCE collaborated with 10 other clubs being the host club which included RaC Jyoti Nivas College, RaC BMSCE, RaC Bangalore United and RaC PES University from our district and outside district with RaC MGR University(RID 3232), RaC Faculty of Science, University of Columbo(RID 3220), RaC Belgaum Central(RID 3170), RaC Greater Tezpur(RID 3240), RaC Secunderabad (RID 3150) and RaC Coimbatore Smart City (RID 3201).

Fist Full

The Fistful event concluded with immense success, gathering 325kg of rice, 115kg of Dal, 20kg of wheat flour, and 15kg of Moong dal. These provisions will sustain 91 refugee orphans and underprivileged children for the next three months. Participants were encouraged to contribute daily by setting aside a fistful of rice and toor dal in provided bags. In collaboration with the Rotary Club of Bangalore Spandana, District 3191, this initiative reflects our commitment to making a positive impact on the community. The provisions were made at Advaya Educational and Charitable Trust.

The event was conducted for 4 days on the StockGro app. Each participant was be given a virtual currency of Rs 10 Lakh and the person who gained the most profit would be the winner of the event. Rush Hours 4.0

A community service and Professional development project which went on for 5 days and included a pre-event task to build interest among the participants followed by 8 main tasks. The participants run for their positions as each task led to the elimination of a certain number of teams; with 250+ participants; participating actively, followed by regular updates through event dashboard and leader board. The event was a huge success with the participants contributing to society along with having fun in this process. The top 5 teams were rewarded with OTT subscriptions and other prizes. TASK 1: Brainwave Blazers The quiz was a time based quiz conducted through Quizizz online platform with a time limit of 15 mins for 20 questions. The quiz tested the general knowledge of the participants. The questions were related to Rotary , Rotaract and collage. TASK 2 : SPECTRUM SPARK In this task participants were asked to create handmade and digital poster based on the topics assigned to each team. The topics included: Child Labour, Dowry, Global Warming, Addiction to electronic devices, Girl education, Save environment, etc TASK 3: BLOSSOM BONANZA Its a plantation drive event where each member of the teams were asked to plant a sapling and nurture it. This task went on for three days where on the first day they planted the saplings and in the next two days they watered and groomed it. The participants were asked to upload videos of them doing the same once in the morning and once in the evening. TASK 4 : MINUTE MASTERS SHOWCASE “One Minute to Shine”, the participants where given a task to showcase their talent in just 60 seconds. Skill showcased transcends technical perfection and crafting a narrative for a lasting impression. Each participant enjoyed by reflecting the brilliance of your unique abilities. TASK 5: ECHOVERSE EXTRAVAGANZA The event was an exhilarating challenge, providing participants with the opportunity to emulate their favorite inspirational social media influencers. They were encouraged to showcase their distinctive styles in spreading positivity and motivation, making it a unique and engaging experience for everyone involved.

In a remarkable collaboration, Rac RVCE hosted the Mega Letterhead Exchange, bringing together 40+ Rotaract clubs and international participants. Uptown Junk

Continuing the legacy of the flagship events of Rotaract Club of RVCE, Uptown Junk was conducted to ease the college stress and bring in the competitive spirits of all the budding Rotaractors. The event began with an adventurous treasure hunt where participants solve clues hidden in the college premises to collect Rota money, and buy junk in exchange of the Rota money. This was followed by a competition of best out of waste to test the abilities and creativity of the participants. The top 3 teams with most innovatory models were rewarded. The models were evaluated on the basis of four factors namely, Ideation, Creation, Presentation and Utility in future. Uptown Junk was an event that maximized one's professional abilities. A two-day event with a significant student participation rate consisted of two rounds: the treasure hunt and the best-out-of-waste .The fusion of adventure and creativity not only showcases the participants' problem-solving skills during the treasure hunt but also celebrates their resourcefulness and imagination in the best out of waste competition.

Elevate 6.0

Elevate was a fun-filled two-day event where we conducted 4 sub-events namely News paper reporting, Distorted Images story, Keeping up with the trends And The Sarcastic Sale . The participants were eliminated based on their scores in each event and at the end, the top two teams were declared the winners and runners. For the sub-event members of the Rotaract District 3191 were invited as judges. Overall, after this session, positive feedback was received from participants and the judges.

Secret Santa

In December 2023, the Rotaract Club of RVCE orchestrated a heartening "Secret Santa" event, bringing over 150 volunteers to four orphanages on Christmas Day. Through a blend of entertaining activities and thoughtful gift-giving, the initiative aimed to impart joy and a sense of community to underprivileged children. The volunteers engaged in games, storytelling, and dancing, creating lasting memories and fostering a festive spirit. Beyond the material gifts, the project symbolized the Rotaract Club's commitment to social responsibility, leaving a positive impact on both the children and the volunteers involved, and concluding the month with a meaningful celebration of compassion and generosity. RaC RVCE hosted the third zonal meet “Conquerors Confluence” on 30th of December, 2023. Rtr. Madhumitha N and Rtr. Rtn. Akshay Kumar B S the beloved ZRRs of Zone Conquerors graced the occasion along with DRRE Rtr. Rtn. Abhay Lohia . The meet served as a great bonding between the members of different clubs. Fist Full (Phase 2)

The Fist Full event, a testament to the generosity and empathy of the community, embarked on its Phase 2 journey with an inspiring mission: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of underprivileged children. The project's core ethos revolved around the simple yet powerful act of donating a fistful of rice and dal, symbolizing the collective effort of students towards a noble cause. The event triumphantly collected 1640kg of rice and 600kg of dal, a heartfelt contribution made possible by students who, each day, set aside a "FIST FULL" of rice and dal towards this noble cause. These essential provisions were not just donations; they were lifelines extended to the Sai Gurukul School in Tigalarpalya, Bengaluru. Sai Gurukul, a beacon for underprivileged children, provides a comprehensive support system, offering free education, food, health drinks, study materials, and subsidized uniforms up to Class X. Recognized by the State Board of Karnataka, the institution operates under the patronage of the Satguna Sangraha Trust, sustained by the generosity of public voluntary donations. In essence, the Fist Full project not only met its objective of gathering essential provisions but also epitomized the spirit of solidarity and empathy. Through their collective efforts, participants not only made a tangible impact on the lives of underprivileged children but also reaffirmed the power of community-driven initiatives in fostering positive change. Drawing enthusiastic participation from college students, the event encapsulated the spirit of adventure intertwined with a profound commitment to preserving nature.Commencing at 7:30 AM, participants eagerly boarded the bus to the trekking site, brimming with enthusiasm for the day ahead. Prior to embarking on the adventure, comprehensive safety instructions and event particulars were disseminated to all attendees. Traversing the picturesque Kunagalu Betta Hills, the trek unfolded as a resounding success, offering participants a memorable journey amidst breathtaking landscapes. Over 750 individuals enthusiastically engaged in the trekking experience, contributing to the event's vibrant atmosphere. Breakfast and lunch was provided at the trek location for all the participants.Through their active engagement and enthusiastic participation, attendees reaffirmed the Rotaract Club of RVCE's commitment to making a positive impact in their community and beyond.

In Phase 1 of this transformative project, our goal is to record over 200 audiobooks within a month, covering a diverse range of subjects and languages. But our journey doesn't end there. In Phase 2, we will collaborate with NGOs nationwide to distribute these invaluable resources, ensuring that they reach those who need them most. Awaaz (Phase 2)

In Phase 2 of the 'Awaaz' initiative by the Rotaract Club of RVCE, the club achieved commendable milestones. Over the course of a month, they diligently produced 620+ educational audiobooks in various languages, catering to the diverse linguistic needs of students. Collaborating with approximately 60 NGOs nationwide, the club ensured wide dissemination of these resources. The recordings included 274 in English, 91 in Hindi, 51 in Marathi, 48 in Telugu, 10 in Gujarati, 42 in Tamil, 84 in Kannada, 8 in Bengali, and 20 in Malayalam. This diverse collection aimed to make learning more accessible to students across different regions, emphasizing the importance of linguistic inclusivity in education. Through their concerted efforts, the Rotaract Club of RVCE has made significant strides in democratizing access to education, one audiobook at a time.

Anuvrata-installation Of Rac Rvce

Project Description : The Installation Ceremony of the 32nd Board of Directors for 2023-24 commenced at 6 p.m. The Chief Guest, RSST President Dr. M P Shyam sir, and other dignitaries installed all of the office bearers and the board of directors. Rtr. Akash Deep handed over the presidency to Rtr. Satej Patil. Rtr. Sarthak Lalwani , Past Secretary, presented the report of the Rota-Year 2022-23. Secretary Rtr. Netanya Singh presented the Plan of Action for Rota-Year 23-24. The launch of Merchandise was a new initiative, which is a fantastic way to promote the club and its ideals while also giving members and supporters to demonstrate their support. The winners received 22-23 year awards, while 22-23 board members received board certificates. At the end, everyone was served dinner. Project Pustak

Project Pustak, an ongoing initiative started on 24th May, 2024 by the Rotaract Club of RVCE embodies a deeply compassionate and impactful initiative aimed at addressing the educational disparities faced by underprivileged students in rural areas. Through the generous contributions of donors who contributed either Rs 100 or Rs 350, the project garnered substantial funds essential for procuring essential school supplies, amassing an impressive total of Rs 2.97 lakh. After collecting donations from the faculty as well the final amount crossed Rs. 3L .These funds will meticulously be utilized to acquire textbooks, stationery items, backpacks, and other vital resources, ensuring that every child has access to the tools necessary for effective learning. Working closely with local vendors and educational institutions, Project Pustak prioritized transparency and efficiency in the procurement process, maximizing the impact of each donation received. By providing tangible support and fostering a conducive learning environment, Project Pustak empowered countless disadvantaged students with the resources they need to pursue their education with dignity and enthusiasm. Beyond the provision of supplies, the initiative symbolizes a beacon of hope and opportunity for marginalized communities, offering a pathway to a brighter and more promising future. Eye Check Up Camp

On June 14th, the Rotaract Club of RVCE organized a comprehensive Eye Checkup Camp at the RV College of Engineering campus. This initiative, in collaboration with Agarwal Eye Hospitals in Bengaluru, aimed to provide free eye care services to the college community. The event saw the participation of experienced ophthalmologists who conducted thorough eye examinations for over 350 attendees, including students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff. Movie Night

Paper Drive

On 23rd June 2024, the Rotaract Club of RVCE organized the "Paper Drive," engaging over 400 student volunteers to collect books, papers, and waste materials across various areas of Bangalore. The students started early in the morning, going door-to-door and visiting businesses to gather donations. Their efforts resulted in a significant collection of 8.17 tonnes of materials, which aims to help charities, NGOs, and orphanages to support their initiatives and assist people in need. The volunteers covered a wide range of areas in Bangalore, including:  Nagasandra  Jalahalli  Koramangala  Banashankri & Bannerghata  Kanakpura Road  Doddakallasandra  Kengeri  Rr Nagar  Vijaynagar, Chandra Layout & Attiguppe  Indiranagar & Pai Layout The volunteers visited around 11,000 door-to-door flats and an additional 4,000 non door-to-door flats along with department and hostel drive. The Paper Drive not only aimed to provide resources for charitable organizations but also raised awareness about community involvement. The event was a resounding success, showcasing the power of student engagement in addressing social issues and fostering a sense of responsibility among the participants and the residents of Bangalore.

Blood Donation Camp

On June 23, 2024, the Rotaract Club of RVCE, in collaboration with the Red Cross Society and Rotary Bangalore South, organized a blood donation camp at the Biotech Quadrangle RVCE. Running from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, the event successfully collected over 650 units of blood within seven hours. The initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation from Rotaractors, Rotarians, students, teachers, and community members, highlighting the collective commitment to saving lives and serving the community. The Biotech Quadrangle was bustling with activity as volunteers efficiently managed the flow of donors, ensuring a smooth and organized process. Medical professionals from the Red Cross were on hand to oversee the blood collection, provide assistance, and ensure the safety and well-being of all donors. Project Pustak

Project Pustak, hundreds of underprivileged children were given a better chance to learn and grow. This was the 2nd distribution phase of the project. Total 13 schools were visited. The project not only provided material support but also aimed to foster a sense of hope and determination among the students, reinforcing the idea that education is a powerful tool for change and a pathway to a brighter future. The initiative continues to inspire more individuals and groups to support similar causes, emphasizing the importance of community involvement in driving social change. Charmers Connect

It was the first Zonal Meeting of Zone Charmers. It was held via Google Meet. The zone ZRRs- IPP Rtr. Ajay Kumar & PP Rtr. Sanjana Singh were the meeting hosts. The DRS PP Rtr. Wayanad Flood Relief Program

On August 9, 2024, Rotaract Club o R.V.C.E. in collaboration with NSS R.V.C.E. conducted "Wayanad Flood Relief Program" in Art of living center to make a difference in the lives of those affected by the recent floods in Wayanad. There were 10 volunteers from college including 20 participants who helped in packing grocery kits for the victims and provided a much-needed support to families in need. There were various things like Umbrellas, Slippers, Clothes, Blankets & Sweaters that were packed by the Volunteers. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together as a community and make a positive impact. In the longer term, the program seeks to aid in the recovery and rehabilitation of affected communities by supporting rebuilding efforts, promoting mental health care, and facilitating access to government relief funds.

Rac RVCE participated in The 2nd District Learning & Assembly - ATLAS , held on September 1st, 2024. On 8th September, 2024, in celebration of Grandparents' Day, the Rotaract Club of RVCE organized a heartfelt event titled "Hello Grandparents." During the event, 12 enthusiastic volunteers from the Rotaract Club spent quality time with the grandparents, engaging in meaningful conversations and creating lasting memories. The Old Age Home chosen was "Aarna Aayu Foundation", located in RR Nagar. The volunteers also distributed eatables, adding a touch of sweetness to the occasion. As a gesture of care for their well-being, grandparents were gifted a Manual Blood Pressure (BP) Machine. This thoughtful gift aimed to help them monitor their health and stay informed about their well-being. "Hello Grandparents" was a beautiful celebration of the special bond between generations, filled with love, gratitude, and joy. Naivedyam 3.0 - A Meal For Every Soul

On October 19, 2024, the Rotaract Club of RV College of Engineering (RVCE) hosted Naivedyam 3.0, a global food drive in honor of World Food Day. In collaboration with 21 other Rotaract clubs worldwide, the initiative aimed to address hunger by providing meals to underprivileged communities. While some clubs donated funds, others organized localized food distribution efforts, showcasing collective action to fight food insecurity. In Bangalore, volunteers from multiple Rotaract clubs participated actively. The team included 15 members from RaC RVCE, 2 from RaC Bangalore Orchards, 1 from RaC JNC, 4 from RaC NMIT-MBA, 3 from RaC Marathahalli, and 1 from RaC APSCE. Together, they distributed food in the Banashankari slum, serving 700 people. A total of 108 kilograms of cooked rice was provided to those in need. Across all participating clubs globally, Naivedyam 3.0 succeeded in feeding 1,300 individuals with the help of 80 dedicated volunteers. The initiative demonstrated the power of collaboration and emphasized social responsibility through acts of kindness and nourishment. This food drive embodied the spirit of World Food Day, spreading hope and compassion to vulnerable communities. Naivedyam 3.0 stands as a testament to how united efforts can create meaningful change, inspiring more people to contribute towards alleviating hunger.

Garba Utsav - Dance For A Cause

On 6th October, the Rotaract Club of RVCE proudly collaborated with its sister club, the Rotaract Club of Jayanagar, and 5 other clubs to host Garba Utsav at Vasavi Convention Center, Basavanagudi. The event brought together vibrant energy, cultural celebration, and charity under one roof. With 77 participants from RVCE, their enthusiastic involvement significantly contributed to raising funds for a noble cause. Funds raised will provide study materials, including notebooks and stationery, for 120 underprivileged students in 8th-10th grades at the Kugur Government School. A total amount of Rs. 22,968 was raised from RVCE. The night was filled with music, dance, and community bonding, making it a memorable celebration of the festive spirit. Rotaract RVCE was honored with the Event Ambassador Award for registering the highest number of participants, highlighting the club’s spirit of teamwork and dedication.

Fist Full (Phase-2)

The Rotaract Club of RV College of Engineering (RVCE), jointly with Rotary Bangalore Spandana, successfully hosted Fist Full – Phase 2 from December 10 to 18, 2024. Secret Santa

The Rotaract Club of RVCE hosted a heartwarming Secret Santa event on December 25, 2024, to celebrate Christmas with children in orphanages. The event was made possible through the generous contributions of RVCE students, who collectively raised Rs. 12,000 for this noble cause. The funds were utilized to purchase a variety of gifts and essential items, which were thoughtfully distributed to five different orphanages across Bengaluru on Christmas day. These gifts included toys, cakes, educational supplies, and other necessities that brought smiles to the faces of the children. Fast Trek 3.0

Fast Trek 3.0, the biggest flagship event of the Rotaract Club of RVCE, took place on 12th January 2025 at the scenic Narayangiri Hills, bringing together over 500 enthusiastic participants from the college. This adventure-packed event combined trekking with a meaningful cleanliness drive, reinforcing the club’s commitment to environmental responsibility. The trek began early in the morning, with participants embarking on a thrilling journey through the rugged trails of Narayangiri Hills. Amidst breathtaking views, the team actively engaged in cleaning the surroundings, collecting litter, and promoting eco-consciousness. On 18th January 2025, the Rotaract Club of RVCE proudly participated in Tarang, a District 3191 event dedicated to uplifting government school children. Muskaan

The Muskaan event, held from 18th to 26th January, was a heartfelt initiative aimed at expressing gratitude to the unsung heroes who make our daily lives easier. RVCE hosted this in collaboration with few other clubs from the district 3191. Participants from all walks of life came together to appreciate and honor individuals such as cooks, security guards, delivery personnel, housekeeping staff, drivers, and other essential workers whose efforts often go unnoticed. Throughout the week, various activities were organized, including thank-you note distributions, small appreciation gifts, interactive sessions, and special gestures of kindness to recognize their invaluable contributions. People uploaded insta story and nominated 3 other people to continue the chain. The event fostered a sense of community, gratitude, and joy, leaving a lasting impact on both the givers and receivers. Muskaan, meaning "smile," truly lived up to its name by spreading happiness and appreciation among those who dedicate themselves to serving others every day.

Habitify 2.0

The Rotaract Club of RVCE participated in Habitify 2.0 conducted by RAC Bengaluru HSR recently, an engaging 21-day online habit-building program aimed at helping participants transform their routines and cultivate lasting habits. From 2nd January to 22nd January 2025, the event was open to everyone, with 60 people joining the initiative. Throughout the program, participants had access to a Performance Tracker, received daily motivational quotes, and competed on a Leaderboard that showcased weekly progress. By the end of the event, 31 participants successfully achieved their goals, leaving behind regrets from the previous year and setting the foundation for personal growth and productivity. Hello! Grandparents (Chapter-2)

On February 8, 2025, the Rotaract Club of RVCE conducted the second phase of its heartfelt initiative, "Hello! Grandparents," by visiting an old age home to spend quality time with the elderly residents. Seven dedicated volunteers from RVCE participated in this event, bringing warmth, joy, and companionship to around 60 grandparents. The visit was filled with meaningful conversations as the elderly shared their life experiences and cherished stories, creating a bond across generations. To make the day even more special, a creative activity was organized where the grandparents joyfully participated in thumbprinting on a canvas with vibrant colors, symbolizing their unique presence and togetherness. On March 1st, the Rotaract Club of RVCE hosted the Incoming Ride from RID 3141 Mumbai in collaboration with the KGF community. Four Rotaractors from RID 3141 visited Bengaluru for a three-day exchange, experiencing the city’s culture and hospitality. The day began with a delicious breakfast at the renowned Rameshwaram Café, followed by a visit to the ISKCON Temple, where the delegates immersed themselves in the spiritual ambiance. They were joined by RVCE’s International Service Director and Treasurer, strengthening the bond between the clubs. For lunch, the group headed to Orion Mall, enjoying a relaxed and engaging time together. In the evening, they proceeded to the Rotary House of Indiranagar, where the official district program took place. The event was filled with camaraderie, featuring music, games, and interactive sessions. Awaaz (Phase 1)

The Rotaract Club of RVCE started it's one of the biggest and impactful flagship event - Awaaz, on 8th March,2025. Phase 1 lasted for 15 days, from 8th-22nd March. In the first phase of Awaaz, the Rotaract Club of RVCE initiated communication with NGOs that support visually impaired children. The goal was to assess their specific educational and recreational audiobook needs. The team actively engaged with these organizations to understand their challenges, preferred content formats, and language requirements. Using this information, suitable audiobooks were identified and sourced to cater to their needs. This phase was crucial in ensuring that the subsequent steps of the event were well-planned and tailored to the beneficiaries.

Cultural Fusion

The Rotaract Club of RVCE and the Rotaract Club of the University of Colombo, Faculty of Arts, came together for Cultural Fusion on 29th March, an online event aimed at building international fellowship. This first phase served as an introduction between the clubs, allowing members to exchange ideas and understand each other’s activities. Cultural Fusion marked the beginning of a Twin Club Agreement between the Rotaract Club of RVCE and the Rotaract Club of the University of Colombo, Faculty of Arts. In this first phase, members from both clubs gathered online for a general meeting, where they presented their respective club reports. The presidents from both clubs addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of this collaboration. A key aspect of the event was the cultural exchange, where members shared traditional practices and customs from their regions. The successful completion of this phase set the stage for the upcoming Phase 2, where the clubs will officially sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Project Pustak

Project Pustak, a noble initiative aimed to provide essential school supplies to underprivileged students in rural areas. This was the 1st distribution phase. Funds were raised through various generous contributions from individuals, who believed in the cause. These funds were used to manufacture high-quality notebooks and purchase a wide range of stationery items, including pencils, erasers, rulers, sharpeners, and crayons, ensuring that the supplies covered all basic educational needs. Thousands of stationary kits were distributed to children. During the distribution drive, we engaged with the students and teachers to understand their challenges better and motivate the students to pursue their studies with enthusiasm. The presence of college officials and Rotaract volunteers added a special touch to these events, making the students feel valued and encouraged.

Awaaz (Phase-2)

The Rotaract Club of RVCE successfully concluded the second and final phase of Awaaz from 15th-30th April, a heartfelt initiative that began in March with the aim of making literature and educational content accessible to visually impaired children. In this concluding phase, volunteers recorded audiobooks in 8+ diverse languages including English, Hindi, Kannada, Coorgi, Tamil, and more. The multilingual recordings encompassed a wide range of content—from storybooks and textbooks to epic narratives such as the Ramayana and Mahabharata—ensuring that children from different regions and linguistic backgrounds could benefit. These audiobooks were carefully curated and distributed to various NGOs based on their specific needs. The club collaborated closely with these organizations to understand the types of material that would be most helpful for their students. The impact of Awaaz has been profound, with several NGOs sending formal acknowledgment letters expressing their gratitude for the initiative’s contribution to inclusive education. Encanto - 2nd Annual District Rotaract Conference

ENCANTO – the 2nd Annual District Rotaract Conference – was held on the 19th and 20th of April at RV Dental College, bringing together Rotaractors, Rotarians and Interactors from across the district for two days of celebration, inspiration, and collaboration. The event was a vibrant showcase of cultural brilliance and leadership, featuring enthralling performances, insightful speaker sessions, and a spirit of unity. Retd. Major Raghavendra and other distinguished speakers delivered thought-provoking sessions that resonated with the audience. The conference also included mesmerizing glimpses of Asha Bhatt and performances by renowned bands, elevating the energy of the event. The Rotaract Club of RVCE played an active and integral role in the success of the conference. Rtr. Project Pustak 2025 (Phase-1)

The Rotaract Club of RVCE proudly launched Phase-1 of its flagship initiative Project Pustak from April 23rd to 30th, in collaboration with the Pranav Foundation. Recently recognized and appreciated by UGRAM, the project aims to support the education of underprivileged children by providing them with essential learning materials. Phase-1 focused on raising funds from college students, and the response was overwhelming. The club successfully raised a remarkable sum of ₹3,50,000 from contributions by 1,022 students during this phase, showcasing the spirit of generosity and collective action within the RVCE community. The funds collected will be used in Phase-2 of the project, scheduled for the coming months, which will involve the distribution of stationery kits and books to children in government schools. The project reflects the club’s commitment to promoting education and reducing resource gaps for students in need. Project Pustak continues to stand as a testament to purposeful service and meaningful impact.
